Mr Thierry Tedeschi is Director and founder of Focus Management & Business Solutions Pty Ltd . Possessing over 17 years of executive Management in Administration and Logistics gives Thierry Tedeschi the depth of knowledge and practical application of sound Management principles needed for management consulting.

His consulting experience includes working with large and small Companies, including, manufacturing, health care, retail, logistics, Transport and warehousing.

Thierry Tedeschi is highly respected in professional and educational circles. He holds formal qualifications in Logistics including a Master in Business Logistics Management, Graduate Diploma in Transport & Distribution Management, Bachelor Business in Accounting & Information Systems and a Bec MBA ASA ACIS from the University of Bruxelles.

He has instructed courses on management and supervision for the European Institute of Management and was selected as a speaker for the Asia Pacific Logistics Conference.

Mark Hubbard

Mark Hubbard is the driving force behind a new structure of management known as “Knowledge Management” which covers everything from Quality Assurance to Occupational Health and Safety, and includes the creation, system development, maintenance and ongoing assessment of documented procedures and logistic systems.

With 10 years experience of Quality Assurance and Health and Safety administration and development, Mark can provide you with the information and practical application of sound Knowledge Management principles needed for providing you with the an efficient and productive outcome.

His experience includes working with large warehousing companies and small manufacturing businesses administering ISO 9000 and OHS into their systems.

Mark is also the sole WA auditor for the Quality Care Program which is a Pharmacy based best practice standard applying and assessing all aspects of a small to medium business.

Mark has gained qualifications in Quality Management and is a qualified ISO 9000 internal auditor and a registered Pharmacy Assessor.

Christine Xiao Ding - Associate Director

Christine joined the Focus Management team in 2003; having extensive experience working for a global logistics company for a number of years gives her the depth knowledge and practical application of logistics management and experience.

Based in Singapore, Christine leads the Focus Management & Business Solutions Team in Asia. Prior to becoming a consultant, Christine has lived in China & Singapore and has 18 years of extensive experience in International trading, strategic planning, supply chain business development, marketing and logistics management expertise.

Christine has a Bachelor in International Trade & Economics from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics in Dalian, China and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.
